The PolishX flexible force control system is a constant force compensation device system installed at the end of the robotic arm and based on pneumatic principles. It can output thrust parallel to the axial direction of the robotic arm according to work needs. The equipment is structurally highly integrated with pneumatic actuators, nine-axis attitude sensors, sampling control circuits and mechanical structures. It also has automatic weighing and position control functions for grinding tools. It can be widely used in surface treatment processes such as robot grinding, polishing and deburring.
The robot has constant force output control during the grinding, polishing, and deburring processes, and performs real-time active constant force intelligent compensation, effectively solving the problem of robot grinding control, resolving pain points and difficulties caused by product tolerances, ensuring grinding quality, and improving grinding efficiency.
The nine-axis attitude sensor can calculate and transmit real-time attitude weight, and accurately compensate for the gravity of the grinding tool in any attitude in real time.
The user-friendly HMI operation interface is simple and clear. Users can set the constant force and ramp time of multi-stage grinding by themselves, and the grinding and polishing process can be set up in one go.
